Huawei Device Indonesia has officially reached 100 HUAWEI Experience Stores (HES) in Indonesia. The milestone was marked by the inauguration of the 100th HES at Summarecon Mall Serpong on 19 September 2026.

This achievement came after Huawei opened nine new stores throughout September in several areas of Jakarta, Java, and Sulawesi together with retail partners, namely Erajaya, Blibli, Mega Digital, and Maju Hardware.

The nine new stores include HES Icon Mall Gresik, Summarecon Mall Bekasi, The Park Kendari, Cilegon Center Mall, AEON Mall Tanjung Barat Jakarta, Lippo Plaza Sidoarjo, Summarecon Mall Serpong, Trans Studio Mall Makassar, and Mall Ratu Indah Makassar.

The expansion of the HES network is intended to make Huawei products and its ecosystem more accessible to the public. Huawei stores are not only places to purchase products, but are also designed as technology experience centers.

Visitors can try various Huawei devices directly, ranging from smartphones, tablets, and wearables to audio devices connected within a single ecosystem. Consumers can also receive product consultations from trained staff, try out features through live demonstrations, and obtain after-sales support.

The achievement of 100 stores is part of Huawei’s strategy to continue expanding its retail network in Indonesia. The company will also strengthen cooperation with key retail partners to bring HUAWEI Experience Stores to more regions.
