Novotel Longevity Week Invites Communities to Build Healthy Everyday Habits

Novotel introduces Novotel Longevity Week, a global campaign inviting communities to build simple habits that support a healthier, more meaningful, and connected life. Held from 7–13 September 2026, the campaign highlights the Longevity Everyday concept, focusing on four everyday pillars: Eat, Sleep, Move, and Meet. Novotel aims to show that small changes made consistently can have a positive long-term impact. The campaign is supported by a Novotel global study of 13,000 respondents in 12 countries. The results show that 71 percent of respondents are now more concerned about their future health than they were five years ago. A total of 76 percent also hope to lead a healthier lifestyle. However, putting this into practice remains a challenge. A balanced diet (64%), quality sleep (62%), and regular exercise (60%) are considered the main factors in longevity. Meanwhile, 45 percent of respondents want to improve their sleep habits and 47 percent want to increase their exercise activity. The study also found challenges in accessing health information. As many as 67 percent of respondents said social media makes it increasingly difficult for them to distinguish trustworthy health information, while 37 percent had followed sleep trends that were later found to lack scientific evidence. Global Brand President of Novotel, Jean-Yves Minet, said these conditions demonstrate the importance of science-based guidance as well as realistic habits. “Quality sleep, health, and everyday habits are increasingly viewed as important foundations for living a longer and better life,” said Jean-Yves. Interestingly, travel is also considered to have an impact on wellbeing. A total of 51 percent of respondents felt more relaxed while on holiday and 24 percent said they slept more soundly than when at home. These benefits were still felt, on average, for up to 5.6 days after returning.

Throughout the week, they will present talks, movement masterclasses, plant-based cooking classes, breathwork sessions, and discussions on connection and recovery. The program can be followed for free via Novotel’s Instagram and YouTube.

Longevity Week will also take place at more than 630 Novotel hotels in various countries, with wellbeing activities, family experiences, and content accessible to guests via QR code. Guests can also take part in the Oh My Greens! culinary program and earn ALL Reward points when choosing plant-based dishes at participating hotels.

For Novotel, Longevity Week is not merely a health campaign, but an invitation to begin making changes through small habits that can be practiced every day. (Henry)
