Pekan Halal Indonesia (PHI) & EduNation Festival 2026 brings together cross-sector collaboration to strengthen the halal, education, technology, textile, community, and lifestyle ecosystems. The event is part of preparations for the exhibition, which will take place on 28–30 August 2026 at the Jakarta International Convention Center (JICC), Jakarta.

The press conference held in Senopati, Jakarta, on Wednesday (26/8/2026), was also attended by several partners, including Glamlocal, Halal Kulture, Deatextile, iFortePay as the Official Payment, and Bank Syariah Indonesia as the Supported Partner.

President Director of PT Debindomulti Adhiswasti, Vibiadhi Swasti Pradana, said that PHI was designed as a platform to build an integrated halal industry ecosystem. According to him, the halal industry is not only related to the trade of food products, but also covers halal living, fashion, education, technology, skills, and lifestyle.

“Through PHI, we want to build an integrated ecosystem that can serve as a one-stop solution,” said Vibiadhi.

From the education sector, Chairman of the International Islamic Education Consortium (KOPIN), Ustadz Ali Saman Hasan, emphasized the importance of developing a generation with global competitiveness as well as a foundation of values and good character. According to him, halal awareness needs to be introduced in everyday life and is not limited to food and beverages.

Meanwhile, the technology sector is also given space through digital payment solutions. iForte CEO Valerino Wijaya explained the use of the QRIS Soundbox, which provides a voice notification when a QRIS transaction is successful, thereby helping business operators confirm payments while streamlining transaction queues.

Halal Kulture will also involve various communities in the event series, including automotive communities and Muslim bikers. In addition, there will be discussions on cryptocurrency, the Islamic economy, business, and Islamic finance.

From the textile sector, Deatextile presents products developed from upstream processes through to the final product. Deatextile CEO Adwil Yusuf emphasized that applying halal principles to textiles is not only related to the type of fabric, but also to the composition and production processes, which must meet applicable standards.
