Production houses Sinergi Pictures and Ben Film have released the teaser trailer for Seporsi Mie Ayam Sebelum Mati, based on the mega best-selling novel by Brian Khrisna.

The release of this teaser trailer video follows the earlier release of the official theme song titled Coba Lagi, performed by Barsena Bestandhi.

The teaser trailer features Ale, the main character of the story, who feels he no longer has a reason to live on his birthday. Always looked down on and considered useless, Ale intends to surrender to his circumstances.

However, before everything truly comes to an end, he has one simple wish: to enjoy one last serving of his favorite chicken noodles. Unfortunately, that final wish cannot be fulfilled because his regular chicken noodle cart turns out to be closed.

The film Seporsi Mie Ayam Sebelum Mati is directed by Kuntz Agus, the filmmaker who previously worked on emotional films such as Andai Ibu Tidak Menikah dengan Ayah and Ayah, Ini Arahnya Kemana, Ya?. In the leading role, the film has cast Benidictus Siregar to bring the character of Ale to life.

This project marks a special moment as well as Benidictus Siregar's debut as a leading actor. The actor, who is often nicknamed the “Benang Merah Perfilman Indonesia” because of how often he appears in various film titles, will appear very different.

The character of Ale requires him to step out of his comfort zone while shedding the comedic persona that has been associated with him all this time.

To deepen the story, Benidictus is joined by a lineup of prominent Indonesian actors and actresses, including Teuku Rifnu Wikana, Zulfa Maharani, Tika Panggabean, Chicco Kurniawan, Jourdy Pranata, Fajar Nugra, Pangeran Lantang, Ence Bagus, Nita Gunawan, Alex Abbad, and senior actress Dewi Irawan.
