Rumah123 Harpropnas Fest 2026 – Sponsored by balé by BTN was officially held on 8–13 September 2026 at the Grand Atrium Kota Kasablanka, South Jakarta. Entering its fourth year since it was first held in 2023, the festival carries the theme “Celebrate Your Steps Toward Your Dream Home”.

The festival is part of Rumah123’s effort to bring the property-search experience from its digital platform into an offline space. Throughout the first half of 2026, Rumah123 recorded more than 25 million visits from people looking for information and housing options.

CEO of 99 Group, Darius Cheung, said that the journey toward homeownership requires information, financial planning, and access to appropriate financing.

“Having a home is one of the biggest decisions in life. We want Rumah123 to be more than just a place to search for property, but to accompany people at every stage of their journey,” said Darius.

Over six days, visitors can explore more than 30 property projects, ranging from landed houses and apartments to shophouses, with prices of approximately Rp450 million to Rp9 billion. A number of offers are also available, including cashback of up to Rp25 million, subject to terms and conditions.

One of the programs offered is “Reduce Your Mortgage Installment by Rp15 Million in 15 Minutes”. This program provides initial consultation and simulations for mortgage holders who have entered or will enter the floating interest-rate period. Subsequent financing applications remain subject to the bank’s credit analysis process and policies.

As the Main Sponsor, balé by BTN also presents financing information and solutions. The public can also receive various benefits in accordance with the applicable terms, including a program waiving administration and provision fees.

SEVP Digital Banking of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Thomas Wahyudi, said that understanding repayment capacity, loan tenor, interest rates, and financing costs is important before making a decision.

The festival also features various public activities, such as the NGOPI on Ground talk show, singing and dancing competitions, creative workshops, children’s activities, mat Pilates, a comedy show, and a special performance by HiVi!. Visitors can also take part in a home-appliance auction every day at 19.00 WIB, with prices starting from Rp10,000.
