User Data Deletion

AmbonManise provides an official way for users to request deletion of their account and personal data, including data associated with Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok sign-in.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

Open the dedicated contact form:

Use the same email address associated with the AmbonManise account or social login account.

Select “Penghapusan Data/Akun” as the category.

State that you request deletion of your account and personal data. If social login was used, identify the provider, such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok.

AmbonManise may request reasonable additional information to verify that the request comes from the legitimate account owner.

Data That May Be Deleted or Anonymized

After identity verification, a request may include the AmbonManise account and profile; links to Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok; provider user ID, email, name, or profile photo received for social login; preferences and saved data; and personal content where removal does not violate the rights or data of other users.

Family Genealogy Data

Genealogy information can be connected to other family members. If information is also part of another person's legitimate family record, AmbonManise will review the request so the requester's personal data can be deleted or anonymized without improperly deleting legitimate data belonging to other family members.

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where needed for security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or required records. Where possible, such data will be restricted or anonymized.

Facebook Login

Removing AmbonManise from Facebook app permissions stops future Facebook access but does not necessarily delete data already stored by AmbonManise. To request deletion of AmbonManise data, use the deletion request form above.

If you cannot access your account, use the Contact page and provide the email address previously associated with the account so verification can be performed.
