PT Pollux Hotels Group Tbk has once again maintained the idAAA(cg), or Triple A, rating from PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO) for its 2025 Sustainability-Linked Bonds Series A and Series B.

The rating is the highest level awarded by PEFINDO and reflects the issuer’s ability to meet its long-term financial obligations compared with other Indonesian issuers. The rating applies to the monitoring period from 7 July 2026 to 1 July 2027.

The 2025 Sustainability-Linked Bonds issued by Pollux Hotels Group have a total value of Rp500 billion. This consists of Series A amounting to Rp55 billion, with a fixed interest rate of 5.85% per year and a three-year tenor, and Series B amounting to Rp445 billion, with a fixed interest rate of 6.25% per year and a five-year tenor.

President Director of Pollux Hotels Group, Handojo Koentoro Setyadi, said that the maintenance of the idAAA rating is an important indicator of confidence in the company’s fundamentals and its ability to meet its financial obligations.

“The maintenance of the idAAA rating once again is an important achievement for Pollux Hotels Group. For us, this rating reflects confidence in our fundamentals and our ability to maintain performance and consistently meet our financial obligations,” Handojo said in a press statement on Monday (14/9/2026).

According to the company, the highest rating also strengthens the position of Pollux Hotels Group’s debt instruments and serves as a positive indicator of the fundamental quality of the company, which operates in the hospitality and property sectors.

Going forward, Pollux Hotels Group will maintain the quality of its performance and corporate governance while strengthening its sustainability-oriented growth strategy.
