ParagonCorp is using National Customer Day (Harpelnas) 2026 as an opportunity to get even closer to its customers. Carrying the theme “Because You Matter”, ParagonCorp is inviting all Paragonians, including its leadership team, to directly greet customers and listen to their experiences in various regions of Indonesia.

The Harpelnas series takes place from 1–6 September 2026, reaching several regions, from Banten, Jakarta, Bogor, Sukabumi, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya to Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, and Eastern Indonesia.

Several ParagonCorp leaders are also involved in the activities. At Blok M Hub, Jakarta, Deputy CEO and Chief R&D Officer ParagonCorp dr. Sari Chairunnisa, Sp.D.V.E., FINSDV, together with the management team, greeted customers while presenting the Automated Thank You Machine (ATYM).

ATYM is designed to resemble an ATM and offers an interactive appreciation experience. Customers can share their experiences with ParagonCorp products and then receive a special gift as a form of appreciation.

“Customers are not merely people who use products. They are the people who give meaning to what we do,” said Sari at Blok M Hub on Friday (4/9/2026).

According to her, Harpelnas provides ParagonCorp with an opportunity to listen directly to customers’ needs and experiences, rather than simply offering appreciation.

The presence of ATYM is one way ParagonCorp translates the theme “Because You Matter” into an experience that can be felt directly. The machine can still be found at Blok M Hub until 6 September 2026.

This year’s theme continues ParagonCorp’s Harpelnas message from 2025, “Everything Starts with You.” Whereas customers were previously positioned as the starting point for the company’s various steps, this year ParagonCorp emphasizes that customers give meaning to every step it takes.

Through the involvement of Paragonians in various regions, ParagonCorp aims to build closer relationships with customers while making their stories, experiences, and needs part of developing increasingly relevant experiences.
